Territory Manager-Northwest OKC

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Northwest territory) |
Schedule: Full-time, field-based

An established, family-operated industrial supply business with decades of history is seeking a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store serving customers across sectors such as transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, government, and heavy equipment. This role brings industrial hardware products and service directly to customers within a defined territory, combining sales, customer relationship management, and mobile store operations.

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales leads through research, referrals, and outreach to businesses near existing customers, including face-to-face cold and warm calls
• Present products and services using sample boards, demonstrations, and your mobile store
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls
• Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses - using company software

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle
• Must maintain a clean driving history
• Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis
• Strong tenured work background with no job hopping; ideally a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment

• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales
