Role
Primary Care Territory Manager responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products within designated regions in California. Objectives: develop customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and ensure market share growth.
Responsibilities- manage territory by analyzing data to target high-prescribing healthcare providers
- deliver sales presentations
- build account plans
- leverage business analytics
- maintain administrative tasks
- participate in training and conferences
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in B2B sales preferred, with strong emphasis on pharmaceutical sales experience
- valid driver’s license, residence near assigned geography, and ability to travel overnight
- proven business acumen, communication, teamwork, and accountability skills
- remote with extensive territory travel, including lifting sample boxes up to 25 pounds
- compensation range $75K-$125K plus bonus or incentive plans
