Senior Oncology Sales Specialist responsible for promoting Puma's first commercial oncology product within a specified territory, driving adoption, and achieving sales targets.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include developing and executing detailed territory business plans, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting product discussions, and supporting promotional activities; collaborating with cross-functional teams like marketing, medical science, and account management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with oncology or rare disease experience
- proven sales results in competitive markets
- strong clinical and communication skills
- entrepreneurial mindset
- knowledge of account dynamics and healthcare professionals in oncology
- experience in breast cancer or rare diseases, and launch promotion experience
- oncology (likely solid tumors)
- 6+ years industry experience
- territory management
- cross-functional collaboration
- approximately 25% travel
- remote working setup
- $180,000–$210,000/year plus incentives, including travel allowances
- position involves frequent travel within the territory and occasional out-of-territory events
