Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, owners, and key industry stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across Oklahoma and surrounding markets
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to project award and handoff
- Review construction documents to identify potential project opportunities and solutions
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, design, and operations teams to support project pursuits
- Achieve annual sales, revenue, and business development objectives
- Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows
- Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client partnerships
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and market intelligence reporting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of business development, sales, construction, engineering, or related industry experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction software is a plus
- Background in construction materials, commercial construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Frequent local travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding markets
- Occasional regional travel within neighboring states
- Some overnight travel may be required
