Local Sales Manager - Oklahoma City, OK (3,000 Monthly Salary + Commission)
W9/1099 - responsible for own taxes; W2 may be offered based on performance
Drive Sales. Lead a Team. Make an Impact. Join Oklahoma City spa as a Local Sales Manager and focus on selling treatments, packages, and skincare products while guiding a motivated in-spa team. Your leadership will help achieve daily and monthly sales targets and elevate the client experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and support your in-spa sales team
- Implement upselling strategies to boost treatments, packages, and skincare
- Monitor daily net sales and suggest improvements
- Maintain a positive client experience and high team morale
Work Schedule
- In-person, 4 days per week
- 8-10 hours per day
