Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a wide range of merchandise, including tools, electronics, and firearms in eligible locations.
In addition to hourly pay, associates earn commissions based on productivity. Earned wage access and 401(k) eligibility are available after onboarding, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
