Superpawn is seeking a motivated Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help manage merchandise while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.
The role starts at $14.00–$15.00 per hour with a commission plan that can add about $2.33 per hour on top of base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and other voluntary options, plus vacation and 401(k) programs.
