Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

A long-established commercial roofing contractor in Oklahoma City is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow its commercial service and roofing business.

This is a true business development and account management role. You’ll inherit existing customer relationships to help get you started
, but long-term success will come from your ability to develop new business, build your own book of accounts and create repeat customers.

The company is looking for someone who wants control over their earning potential and is comfortable getting out into the market, developing relationships and creating opportunities.

This is a commission-based sales position designed to reward business development and account growth.

To provide stability while you get established:

• $5,000 per month guaranteed for your first 3 months as a ramp-up period

• You’ll inherit some existing accounts and customer relationships

• A realistic first-year income expectation is $60,000+

• The goal is for a successful salesperson to build toward $100,000+ in annual earnings

• Long-term income will be driven by the new business and customer relationships you develop

This is best suited to someone who is motivated by building their own territory and wants the ability to grow their income as their book of business grows.

• Generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals and direct outreach

• Build relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers and other commercial decision-makers

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, repairs, maintenance, restoration and reroofing

• Schedule and coordinate commercial roof inspections

• Work with technical and operations teams to assess roof conditions and recommend solutions

• Prepare and present proposals, scopes and pricing

• Follow up on outstanding proposals and move opportunities through the sales process

• Coordinate awarded work with service and operations

• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records

• Track opportunities, forecasts and closed business

• Continue developing your knowledge of commercial roofing systems and solutions

• Previous sales or business development experience

• Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred

• Construction, building materials, facilities services or related B2B sales experience will also be considered

• Comfortable prospecting and developing business rather than relying solely on inbound leads

• Strong relationship-building and account management skills

• Comfortable presenting proposals and discussing pricing with commercial decision-makers

• Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities at different stages

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits

• Comfortable accessing commercial rooftops

• CRM experience is an asset

• Roofing estimating or technical experience is a plus, but not required

You’ll be joining an established Oklahoma City commercial roofing contractor with a long history in the market
, existing customers and the operational capabilities to support the business you bring in.

The company provides commercial roof repairs, maintenance, restoration, reroofing and waterproofing
, giving you multiple ways to build relationships and generate repeat business from your accounts.

You won’t be starting completely from scratch. You’ll have a three-month guaranteed ramp period and existing accounts
, but you’ll also have the opportunity to build something of your own and directly benefit from the business you generate.
