RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor for security breaches to protect Paycom personnel and property

* Control access by verifying IDs, greeting visitors, and managing traffic during peak hours and events

* Patrol company grounds hourly in all weather to secure buildings and perimeter

* Operate metal detectors and handle or dispose of restricted items safely

* Respond immediately to emergencies, ensuring safety and assisting emergency personnel

* Maintain clear thinking and calm in high-pressure situations

* Log all security activities, incidents, and visitor interactions in the online system

* Carry a firearm while on duty and maintain proficiency with all issued protective gear and weapons

* Be able to lift/drag average human body weight
