The Meat Cutter’s performance impacts the guest’s dining experience by ensuring quality and quantity of meat cuts. This role helps optimize profit and provides value to our guests.

• $100 bonus after 30 days of continuous employment

• Rotate meat for freshness
• Maintain the meat cooler per safety guidelines

• Sanitize surfaces between meat productions to prevent cross-contamination
• Recognize signs of bad meat
• Sanitize meat room following health standards
• Comply with local health laws

• Maintain inventory and production levels using forms
• Report discrepancies
• Perform administrative duties for opening and closing
• Maintain equipment as per manual
• Complete duty roster tasks
