We are seeking an experienced EIFS Foreman to lead and manage crews on commercial construction projects. The EIFS Foreman is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring high‑quality installation of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, and maintaining strict adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety standards. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate EIFS crews on commercial job sites.
- Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Oversee all phases of EIFS installation, including insulation, base coats, mesh, and finish coats.
- Monitor job site productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with project managers and site superintendents to ensure work aligns with project schedules and requirements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to build a strong, efficient team.
- Resolve job site challenges and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Minimum 4 years of EIFS experience in commercial construction.
- Prior supervisory or foreman‑level experience required.
- Strong understanding of EIFS systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 certified.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites.
