Shop Technician

The Shop Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing natural gas compression equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Shop Technician will work closely with the Shop Manager and other team members to ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

Duties & Responsibilities
** Work closely with other shop technicians and Shop Manager to address equipment issues and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
** Education & Certifications
**** Work Experience
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of natural gas compression equipment or similar mechanical systems.
** Skills & Abilities
** Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication and teamwork skills. Requires moving and maintaining self in different positions—stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
