• Aggressive Compensation Package $26-$34/hourly + Bonuses, Commissions, and more totaling over $100,000+/Annually for our average Plumbing Technicians
• Uncapped commissions are paid out biweekly

• Use your industry expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose in-home plumbing service calls accurately and efficiently
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean organized job site & truck
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service and create that "You're my go to company" relationship.
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods

• Oklahoma Journeyman License Required
• 2+ Years experience in residential plumbing systems
• Experience in a residential working environment with customers
• Proficient in inspections, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and making repairs
• Familiar with local codes and industry standards
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and conditions
• Helpful to have experience with cast iron systems, Perma‑Liner, sewers, water lines, and CPVC and PEX piping
• A team player with excellent communication skills
