Journeyman Electrician

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an experienced, energetic, hardworking Journeyman Electrician in the OKC area. The primary duties are to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic equipment and fixtures used in the petroleum and EV Charging industry following accepted Best Practices while maintaining excellent safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning systems or components using appropriate testing equipment to find and correct failures.
• Install conduits, pull wire, and make final connections to circuit breakers, petroleum pumps, dispensers, Point of Sale consoles, tank monitors, and petroleum lighting.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to verify compliance with safety requirements, codes, project specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
• Verify proper operation of the electrical system.
• Advise management, customers, and fellow workmen when hazards are present and when electrical systems are safe to operate.
• Work with project estimator on material take-off, material cost, and labor allowances.
• Use ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers to identify problems and ensure components function properly.
• Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, drills, saws, and conduit benders to run and protect wiring.
• Be willing to travel and work out of town.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of Journeyman Electrician experience.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good work ethic.
• Knowledge of Class 1, Division 1 wiring (plus).
• Strong industrial background (plus).

• Frequent lifting/moving 75–100 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in all types of weather.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Create and maintain professional relationships at all levels (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
