Owens Concrete Staining, a prominent division of the Commercial Division of Mill Creek Carpet and Tile, is seeking a skilled laborer to join our team as a Concrete Coatings Crew Members (Polished Concrete & Epoxy). We're looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our growing team in the decorative concrete industry. The ideal candidate will have experience staining and finishing concrete surfaces, particularly in commercial settings, and will be committed to delivering exceptional results as part of a supportive crew that values integrity, precision, and teamwork.

Daily

Duties Include:

* Assist with installing polished concrete, epoxy floor coatings, and other decorative concrete finishes.

* Loading and prepping tools, materials, and equipment at the shop

* Jobsite setup (masking, staging, surface prep, etc.)

* Application of epoxy, polyaspartic, polished concrete finishes, and other coatings

* Operating hand tools and equipment (grinders, vacuums, mixers, etc.)

* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

* End-of-day jobsite cleanup and pack-out

* Ensuring the project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
