Position: Concrete Coatings Crew Member (Polished Concrete & Epoxy) - No Experience Required
Owens Concrete Staining, a prominent division of the Commercial Division of Mill Creek Carpet and Tile, is seeking a skilled laborer to join our team as a Concrete Coatings Crew Members (Polished Concrete & Epoxy). We're looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our growing team in the decorative concrete industry. The ideal candidate will have experience staining and finishing concrete surfaces, particularly in commercial settings, and will be committed to delivering exceptional results as part of a supportive crew that values integrity, precision, and teamwork.

Daily Duties Include:
  • Assist with installing polished concrete, epoxy floor coatings, and other decorative concrete finishes.
  • Loading and prepping tools, materials, and equipment at the shop
  • Jobsite setup (masking, staging, surface prep, etc.)
  • Application of epoxy, polyaspartic, polished concrete finishes, and other coatings
  • Operating hand tools and equipment (grinders, vacuums, mixers, etc.)
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • End-of-day jobsite cleanup and pack-out
  • Ensuring the project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Punctual and dependable - You show up on time, ready to work
  • Comfortable with physical work and working on your feet all day
  • Coachable and willing to learn - No experience necessary, just a great attitude
  • Experience with construction, painting, flooring, or concrete is a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Possess the stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform tasks requiring a full range of motion in the neck, arms, shoulders, hands, torso, legs, and feet.
  • Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously without fatigue.
  • Capable of working on your feet for the majority of the shift.
