Field Service Technician II – Oklahoma City, OK (AM Shift)

Join Baxter International Inc. as a Field Service Technician II and perform complex repair work on medical equipment, maintain product readiness, and provide 24/7 delivery and service support.

• Perform electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Use appropriate tools to adjust and repair malfunctioning components.
• Provide on‑call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities required under service contracts.
• Safely operate box truck vehicle or company car ranging from a cargo van to a 26,000‑pound truck.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills.

• Technical or trade school training.
• DOT physical card.
• Experience with FDA regulated products.
• Experience in customer service.

• Adhere to Hill‑Rom safety procedures.
• Wear personal protective equipment (safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, protective clothing).
• Work in environments where biohazards may be present (hospitals, service centers, depots).
