- Diagnose & Repair:
Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards. - Customer Service:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor. - Digital Management:
Utilize a company‑issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically. - Decision Making:
Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure. - Communication:
Effectively communicate with customers, technical support, dispatch, routing, and management.
- Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) is required. - Physical Ability:
Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds. - Screening:
Willing to undergo a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check. - Attitude:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑service focused. - Technical
Skills:
Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
