** At least 3 years of direct multi-family experience as a Service Technician or Assistant Lead required (1 year as a Lead preferred).
* ** Mandatory Trade Credentials:
** Active EPA or HVAC License combined with a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation is required.

** Advanced proficiency across specialized power equipment, diagnostic measuring meters, electrical augers, and commercial compressors.

** Solid working knowledge of OSHA, ADA, EPA guidelines, HAZCOM protocols, and up-to-date MSDS documentation.
