POSITION SUMMARY:Maintains grounds, buildings and vehicles of the University performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintains lawns and helps with all of the inside and outside appearance of campus
- Basic knowledge of small equipment repair and some automotive repair.
- Able to tolerate outside temperatures year round.
- Must be able to work alone or with a team.
- Basic knowledge of minor plumbing, irrigation, heat and air, landscaping is a plus.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Needs to know how to mow.
EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
