Salesforce Developer

Description Looking for a high level Salesforce Developer who can design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. This individual should have deep experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has experience leading technical design efforts, mentoring other developers, establishing development best practices, and driving high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. They should be comfortable troubleshooting complex application and integration issues, conducting code reviews, managing releases, and supporting large-scale Salesforce initiatives.

Level I1.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business and technical objectives for Salesforce solutions.

Develops Salesforce solutions using TFCU-approved technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), ensuring code and configurations are maintainable and aligned with established standards.
3.
Performs unit testing and participates in system testing activities to verify functionality and quality.
4.
Resolves routine development, configuration, and support issues within the Salesforce platform.
5.
Creates and maintains technical documentation, including system documentation, technical specifications, and code comments.
6.
Works with business and other cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and support Salesforce solutions.
7.
Participates in code reviews and incorporates feedback to improve solution quality and adherence to best practices.
8.
Monitors and supports existing Salesforce solutions to maintain performance, security, and reliability.
9.
Develops and deploys application updates, enhancements, and defect corrections.
10.
Maintains awareness of Salesforce platform enhancements, development tools, and industry trends.
11.
Supports deployment activities for Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
12.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Salesforce users as needed.
13.
Follows modern Salesforce development methodologies and best practices.
14.
Ensures compliance with organizational policies, Salesforce governance standards, information security requirements, and applicable regulations.
