Join our dynamic team as a Swim Instructor and help individuals of all ages develop essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to fostering confidence, safety, and a love for water activities through professional instruction and personalized coaching.

• Conduct swimming lessons for children, teens, and adults of varying skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs and progress
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and safety protocols
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including equipment and safety gear
• Monitor and respond to emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding student progress and safety concerns

• Proven experience teaching swimming to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage students in a positive manner
• Knowledge of water safety standards and emergency procedures
• Physical ability to perform swimming and rescue techniques
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Shifts are Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-7:00pm. Some Fridays and Saturday mornings.

$11.50 per hour
