  Schedule:
  
  Be ready for irregular hours in a rustic outdoor camp setting. Must have flexible schedule during the work week M - F and between 9 am - 5 pm.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• YMCA Lifeguard or certification by another nationally recognized organization.
• Must stay current in CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually.
• Must possess a cooperative spirit to character development by promoting and demonstrating caring, honesty, respect and responsibility to staff, lay leaders, Y members, program participants and the general public.
• Bloodborne Pathogens, Sexual Harassment and Child Abuse Prevention training within 30 days of hire and renewed annually.
• Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness.
• Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.

• Starting $225.00 per week plus room and board
