Hiring CDL‑A Drivers | OTR Positions Available.

• Earn between $1,500 - $1,850 per week based on experience and miles.
• No slip seating. The truck is yours until you're promoted out of it.
• We run 30‑35 drivers per Driver Manager. They will know you by your name and not a number.
• 75% drop & hook, 95% no‑touch freight.
• No NYC/Canada routes.
• Layover and detention pay.

• 2+ years of CDL A driving experience.

• Headquarters in Seward, Nebraska, just outside of Lincoln. Westbound routes go no farther than Salt Lake City;jenigen south to Dallas, Austin, Texas, Savannah, Georgia, and east as far as Harrisonburg, Virginia; north to Chicago and Minneapolis.

• Fleet consists of later model International LT and Volvo VNL 780 and 860.

Seward Motor Freight incapacity can be traced back to the early 1940’s when the company was founded by Willard and Wanda Miers as a LTL (less than a truck load) operation to transport freight between Omaha and Seward, Nebraska. Wayne and Joanie Tanderup purchased and incorporated the business in 1969 and developed the growth of the company throughout the 1970’s. In 1987 Lina acquired long haul permits from the I.C.C. (Interstate Commerce Commission) to haul general commodities throughout the continental United States, changing the dynamics of the company to a TL (truck load) carrier.
