Earn an average of $96,580 per year hauling dedicated retail freight across Texas and surrounding states. This active-driving position includes roller unloading, multi-stop deliveries, and weekly home time for a 34-hour reset

- Average Annual Pay: $96,580
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,900
- Top Annual Pay: $125,939
- Top Weekly Pay: $2,450
- Mileage pay plus load pay
- Dedicated regional retail account
- Average of 1,600 miles per week
- Approximately 2–3 loads per week
, with 2–6 stops per load - Drivers unload freight using rollers
- About 75% of deliveries are in Texas
- Remaining routes may include Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi
- Home weekly
- Weekly 34-hour rest period
- Solo driving position
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to unload freight using rollers and handle multi-stop deliveries
- Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
- 53-foot dry van trailers
