Belcan is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our site in Oklahoma City, OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient logistics flow, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service—especially in support of high‑visibility aerospace and defense programs. This is a direct hire position with full benefits, ideal for candidates with prior warehouse or logistics experience and a strong sense of organization and accountability.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; report damaged or defective items.
• Organize, restock, and maintain inventory across all warehouse locations.
• Pick, process, and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to internal teams or external customers as required.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Resolve shipping or delivery errors and assist with customer inquiries.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways to store and ship products.
• Communicate inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery issues to supervisors.

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and start promptly at 6:30 AM
• Comfortable working independently and following standard operating procedures
• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
• Forklift operation experience; certification a plus
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work

• Background in aerospace, defense, or government contract support
• Familiarity with F135 fleet logistics or similar programs
• Experience assisting customer service with order resolution and tracking
