Position: Warehouse Fulfillment Associate Seasonal Multiple Shifts

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Staff at Home Wet Bar  plays an essential role in maintaining smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, stocking, picking, and packing inventory to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will contribute to overall operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and safety.

SEASONAL SHIFTS

• Seasonal shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Weekends are included and mandatory

SEASONAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Eligible for shift differentials
• End‑of‑season bonuses

Compensation

$17 hourly

Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pull, pack, and ship customer orders on time
• Use scanners to read product barcodes and ensure accurate order processing
• Inspect products to verify they meet quality and packaging standards
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies
• Perform other essential and non‑essential duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

REQUIRED

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness and ability to learn, retain, and apply job‑related processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to successfully pass a background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds safely
• Ability to push order carts weighing up to 60 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory efficiently
