We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Waste Connections in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $24 $ 25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and parts ordering processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track inventory levels
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of parts and supplies
- Order parts and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery
- Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management system
- Assist technicians and mechanics in locating and retrieving parts
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies or shortages
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts room
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
