You can inspect materials and sort items ensuring proper placement of quick lube hardware. The General Warehouse Associate at Devon Industries works closely with other warehouse employees, including but not limited to Tech I, II, III, Supervisors, and Managers. The role is responsible for ensuring proper placement and sorting of materials required for order picking such as product boxes and other necessary hardware kits, thereby preparing the product for shipping.

Experience in warehouse assembly, shipping & receiving is a plus. This entry‑level role provides an excellent opportunity for growth within the production sector of the warehouse.

• Inspect materials and sort items or materials into piles or places in a container according to type, size, and condition.
• Use motor coordination with finger dexterity to sort all quick lube hardware kits.
• Perform individual day‑to‑day job assignments under normal supervision after competence has been demonstrated.
• Exert physical effort in handling objects up to 75 pounds for part of the workday.
• Be exposed to a physical environment that involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements in a warehouse environment.
• Stack boxes and skids; dump boxes and totes of material.
• Keep the surrounding work area clean.
• Follow appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as guidelines for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Report any safety issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Attend weekly/monthly safety/operations meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
