Our client, one of the largest marketing solutions companies in the U.S., will be looking to add multiple
Production Billing Associates to their team at their Omaha, NE location in the New Year. You’ll manage assigned clients’ billing, inventory, estimating, and reporting functions. Additionally, you’ll assist with special projects or unique assignments to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
Job Title: Production Billing Associate
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Rate: $19/hr plus benefits
Job Type: 3-month Contract to Hire
Schedule: Hybrid, 37.5 Hour Work Weeks (Paid for 40)
2 Shift Options: 6am-2:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm (CST)
- Create and review billing drafts, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, and using multiple billing systems.
- Handle job opening, estimate preparation, drafting, and various billing activities (write-offs, passthru, splits, transfers, internal charges, etc.).
- Analyze Work in Progress (WIP) and address any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of expense vouchers and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and appropriateness as billing backup.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing guideline information for assigned clients and offices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting or billing experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of basic accounting principles, including G/L, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and billing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
