This role supports five individuals, oversees financial obligations across 5–6 small businesses, and serves as the primary liaison between these entities and the ownership team. This is a high-visibility position that requires discretion, clear communication, and the ability to independently manage a wide range of responsibilities.

Note:

This role does not involve journal entries or month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

Small Business Financial Support

  • Oversee bill payments and financial coordination for 5–6 small businesses.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between each small business and owners regarding financial needs, updates, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support administrative needs across all entities.

Property & Asset Coordination

  • Manage family property reservations, scheduling, and related expenses.
  • Support investment transactions, tracking activity and ensuring appropriate documentation.

Administrative & Communication Duties

  • Prepare summaries, updates, and reports as requested.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, ownership, and external vendors.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Natural problem-solver who can navigate complex or evolving situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a high-visibility role with confidential information.
  • Prior experience in financial coordination, bookkeeping, or administrative finance preferred.
