As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients per their preferences
• Ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience (preferred)

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
