- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve issues and maintain relationships.
- Account Management: Learn finance industry, handle account opening, transfers, and other requests directed by the advisor. Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor’s direction. Handle scheduling, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes with SOP updates.
- Technology: Computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
