• Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and dealer networks
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions
• Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand
• Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other vehicle suppliers
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards

• Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or related role preferred
• Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with tools like vAuto, Auction Edge, and dealership management systems is a plus

The California hourly pay range for this position is $17.87 – $25.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
