Work Location: Fully Remote (Domestic US only)
Duration: 6 Months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No OT)
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr
Role Overview
This role supports Industry Solutions Delivery within a Professional Services organization. The broader organization develops services, and this team partners directly with customers to enable purchased products and provide consultative support. The Business Manager plays a critical role in Rhythm of Business (ROB) execution, leadership reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across regional delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes
- Schedule and prepare content for leadership meetings
- Create decks and ensure content readiness from presenters
- Conduct data reviews, validate accuracy, and resolve gaps
- Drive process improvements and workflow optimization
- Support internal communications and reporting alignment
- Assist with annual budget processes under guidance
- Enable fact‑based decision‑making through timely insights
- Support culture, team health, and organizational initiatives (e.g., D&I, onboarding)
- Contribute to special projects during periods of change
- 5+ years of overall relevant experience
- Strong background in business management, operations, or program coordination
- Experience working in regional or global environments
- No degree or certification required
- Strong financial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Proven ability to follow through and drive accountability
BI (preferably finance-related)
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication
- Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple business rhythms simultaneously
- Process improvement and operational excellence
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strategic thinker with consultative engagement style
