Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Demand Planner to join their team. As a Customer Demand Planner
, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, digital proficiency, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Customer Demand Planner
Location: Burlington, VT (hybrid)
Pay Range: $20 to $35 p/h on W-2
Duration: 6 Month contract
- Lead weekly team calls to support core KPIs and ensure alignment across teams
- Act as the primary point of contact to inform Business Partners of stock unavailability and recovery timelines
- Discuss issues and constraints with Customer Service and Business Operations to facilitate swift resolutions
- Manage crisis situations related to product availability, quality, microbiological issues, and more
- Collaborate with Supply Planners and other teams on service and inventory trade-offs using scenario planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams
- Experience with supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related fields
- Proficiency in digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions
