Are You the One We’re Looking For?

Disaster Kleenup is seeking an individual who has a great attitude, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and is tech‑savvy enough to manage reports, timecards, and job tracking software. If you describe yourself as dependable, a people person, energetic, and a strong hard worker with a get‑up‑and‑go mindset — and if you find an ever‑changing environment both exciting and rewarding — then we want to speak with you.

If you have experience in construction or the restoration field, this position might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Supervisor/Foreman, you’ll be on the front lines — managing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring top‑notch quality on restoration and rebuild projects. You’ll play a key role in restoring structures and supporting families and businesses during some of their most critical moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to finish
  • Manage and lead skilled labor teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure safety and code compliance on every job site (OSHA)
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and inspections
  • Read and execute from blueprints and scopes of work
  • Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and field documentation
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and insurance reps
  • Problem‑solve and adapt in real‑time to changing site conditions
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or foreman role (restoration experience a big plus)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and blueprint reading
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (company vehicle may be provided)
  • OSHA 10 or 30
, and IICRC certifications are highly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Paid time off + holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Ongoing training and growth opportunities
