Pay Range:Targeted pay rate: $18.00 - $18.26, depending on experience

Work Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel:Not required
Position Introduction:Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The LT Weather Specialist provides support to the Energy Assistance program to perform functions in customer service and support for escalated assistance referrals. If making a meaningful difference in public service excites you, OU CPM is where your passion meets purpose.
RequiredEducation and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service
