Attendance and Punctuality is monitored on a daily, weekly, half-termly and termly basis. Students must aim to have above 97% attendance.
The Progress Leaders meet with students who are below target for half-termly Attendance Review Meetings. Also, students meet with their Form Tutors on a weekly basis via their one-to-one tutorial meetings.
Daily Monitoring takes place using a digital first day response mechanism (KKS - Keep Kids Safe) which allows the School to attempt contact with parents using various methods. These methods are SMS Messaging, Voice Telephone Call and Email. Attendance is also monitored lesson-by-lesson by Eportal electronic registration.
