Part Time Position

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Battle Creek Kids aims to glorify God by helping children grow in their journey with Christ. The Teacher will facilitate a safe, engaging, and impactful experience for kids and parents.

• Implement the class experience according to provided guides and curriculum
• Build relationships with children and parents, greeting families and creating follow-up opportunities
• Follow health and safety policies at all times
• Attend scheduled huddles, meetings, and shifts
• Assist with tasks and relational aspects of the role

• 1-2 years of experience working with children
• Ability to build relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Strong communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old

This role may require lifting up to 20 pounds, bending, kneeling, walking, using hands, and outdoor weather acclimation.
