Validus Energy is seeking a Night Lease Operator responsible for the operation and maintenance of oil and gas processing equipment, including problem identification, documentation, and production reporting during overnight hours. The role includes upkeep and maintenance of oil wells, operating production and injection equipment following standard procedures, and reporting metrics such as volume and pressure of gas and oil. The position reports to the Production Foreman.

• Monitor, maintain, and report on well and facility production operations.
• Maintain equipment such as pressurized vessels, compressors, generators, artificial lifts, computers, vehicles, and automation equipment.
• Operate oil and gas wells and water disposal facilities.
• Record daily production data into the field data system.
• Perform minor repairs on surface equipment.
• Monitor gauges and tests for accuracy of run tickets.
• Collaborate with Production Foreman and EHS Manager to ensure compliance with policies, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Represent the company positively in local communities, demonstrating integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in the oil and gas industry (required); 3+ years as a Lease Operator (preferred);
  Anadarko Basin experience and Well View/Prod View experience are also preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, climb, lift up to 50 lbs, work in hazardous environments, and respond to emergencies after hours.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicles.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

This is an overnight position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
