HSE specialist

Responsibilities

• Performing the tasks of an occupational safety specialist in accordance with §6 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG)
• Analysing work systems and providing active support in preparing the risk assessments based on these systems
• Developing and introducing the implementation of suitable solution measures to eliminate potential hazards
• Checking the effectiveness of the solution measures that have been implemented
• Providing support in developing, implementing and complying with HSEQ standards and instruction processes
• Communication, collection and analysis of all HSEQ-relevant data for internal evaluation
• Implementation of HSE training/toolbox meetings for employees and safety inspections
• Support with the implementation of HSEQ requirements according to, for example, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a technician or, alternatively, have a comparable qualification
• You have a qualification as an occupational safety specialist
• A minimum of 3 years  experience in a similar role.
• You have relevant professional experience in the context of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
• You have practical experience in the field of maintenance / production
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Integrated thinking, group-orientation, information exchange and regular communication with other branches in Switzerland and worldwide
• Good communication skills
• Good Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken (other languages would be an advantage - German)

• Sense of responsibility and tenacity is essential for this position.
