For our TPS site in Prague, we are looking for TEST ENGINEER (POWER CONVERSION)
Responsibilities- Testing of high-power converters (up to ≈10 MW) according to international standards
- Supporting development and continuous improvement of converter systems
- Commissioning of converters at customer sites worldwide after obtaining necessary skills and knowledge of our converters
- Configuring and adjusting converter settings
- Verifying proper operation of converter
- Administrative tasks related to testing and commissioning
- Supporting customers during final handover of the converter
- Cooperating closely with the company headquarters in Geneva
- Education in electrical engineering
- Basic practical experience in electrical engineering and power systems
- Willingness to travel internationally
- English at a communicative level (for meetings, tests, troubleshooting)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Professional competence according to Decree NV 194/2022 § 6 (previously No. 50/1978 Coll.)
