Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains the good will of our AEP/VP customers based on personal knowledge of the individual.
- Represents management at special events.
- Greets and hosts customers.
- Assists in planning special events and particularly in developing invitation lists for special events.
- Organizes and participates in off-property functions such as dinners, cocktail parties, golf tournaments, etc.
- Is responsible for developing incremental trips for gaming patrons.
- Keeps abreast of competitive promotional methods. Provides compliments for gaming customers in accordance with program qualifications.
- Assists hotel with Diamond, VIP and Seven Stars check in, check out, room assignments and guest room key dispersion.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
- Conveys terms of programs and explains qualifications and requirements to prospective gaming customer.
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of background investigation and drug screening.
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or its equivalency required.
- Must have 1-2 years outside sales and/or telemarketing experience.
- Must be proficient in all basic Windows Software.
- College degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in gaming operations experience preferred.
- Must enjoy being with people and has the ability to make each guest feel special.
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Able to resolve guest's problems so that both the guest and the casino are pleased with the outcome.

- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations and be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items when necessary.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment.
