Customer Service Rep
Work Schedule
- Requires morning, afternoons, evenings. Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by C-Store Manager.
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as preparing daily deposits, reconciling cash drawers, maintaining inventory reports, and ordering product as necessary.
- Ensure food products and preparation comply with health regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels; review, investigate, and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the C‑Store.
- Review and resolve customer/employee complaints and conflicts.
- Greet guests and co‑workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment.
- Other duties as assigned by C‑Store Manager.
- Must be able to move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs.
- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures and fumes.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods in an office environment.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug test.
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent retail management experience.
- Must pass a background check.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to obtain ACE certification/ABLE license once employed.
