C-Store Supervisor Shifts Vary

Work Schedule

• Requires morning, afternoons, evenings. Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by C-Store Manager.

• Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as preparing daily deposits, reconciling cash drawers, maintaining inventory reports, and ordering product as necessary.
• Ensure food products and preparation comply with health regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels; review, investigate, and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the C‑Store.
• Review and resolve customer/employee complaints and conflicts.
• Greet guests and co‑workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment.
• Other duties as assigned by C‑Store Manager.

• Must be able to move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures and fumes.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods in an office environment.

• Must pass pre‑employment drug test.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent retail management experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to obtain ACE certification/ABLE license once employed.
