• Assist with guest purchases and needs.
• Display merchandise neatly and in proper order.
• Able to conduct inventory, rotate stock and assist with ordering, preventing overstock, and stock-outs.
• Informs manager in a timely manner when supplies are low.
• Assists with and help guest concerns or situations.
• Ensures strict adherence to all company and departmental policies and procedures. Adhere to Purchasing, HR, and compliance requirements.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Inform the manager, as necessary.
• Clerks are to call 24 hours in advance if they are ill.
• Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers, as necessary.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
• Assist in other projects, as directed.
