The Maintenance Supervisor is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Workers and ensuring all their job duties are completed on a daily basis.
Work Schedule- Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advance notification and approval by the supervisor.
- Handle all ordering for the maintenance department.
- Take care of all business representatives and sales persons that come into the casino.
- Ensure all recipients are following safety rules and policy.
- Oversee all safety procedures and safety hazards.
- Prepare all equipment for use.
- Maintain logs on employees and equipment.
- Report any repairs that workers find.
- Be available to assist any Department Manager/Supervisor on request.
- Assist with employee evaluations with the Manager.
- Train new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Stand continuously with some sitting and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming Permit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
