Part Time Players Club Representative – Broken Bow Casino

Location: Broken Bow, OK

Salary: $16.00 hourly

Schedule: Part Time – 3:30 pm–12 am Sunday & Monday; 5:30 pm–2 am Friday & Saturday

Earned Wage Access: Weekly option available.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Players Club Representative, you will promote the success of the Choctaw Rewards Club by informing players of benefits, offers, and special events, and assisting players with all requests. Associates must be customer-focused as they often have the first contact with new customers and frequently deal with regular casino customers. You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.

Tasks
  • Explain the Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions, and other marketing information in detail to guests.
  • Perform data entry tasks associated with Rewards Club cards and use the Player Tracker System.
  • Assist the Marketing department with multiple projects, promotions, and events.
  • Answer any questions and immediately resolve any guest, associate, or management concerns.
  • Issue comps based on established guidelines.
  • Stay informed about all marketing activities, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain records to document/verify department activities.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all locations, departments, staff, and vendors.
  • Comply with all company regulations and policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • General computer application proficiency.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including assessment of customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities and an in-depth knowledge of casino promotions.
  • Prior experience in high customer contact positions.
