ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Obtain and develop a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
- Construction, Commercial/C&I and Commercial Real Estate
- Promote Banc First services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele
- Participation in various community and public events
- Consistent execution of policies and procedures
- Extraordinary customer service at all times
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
- Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
- Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
- Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
- Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
- Promote Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- 5-10 years commercial lending experience
- Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
- Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
