• Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
• Promote Banc First services through cross‑selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participation in various community and public events.
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
• Provide extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Assist with other job related duties and special projects as requested.

• Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer.
• Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Knowledge of loan processing/collection software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework.

Degree preferred but not required.

• Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi‑line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile.
• Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags).
