- Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
- Promote Banc First services through cross‑selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
- Participation in various community and public events.
- Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
- Provide extraordinary customer service at all times.
- Assist with other job related duties and special projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer.
- Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
- Knowledge of loan processing/collection software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework.
Degree preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi‑line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile.
- Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags).
